Danae and Ryan were married at the Augusta Military Academy in Augusta County, Virginia. The academy was started in 1865 but is now owned and operated by a local church. The academy is old but is aged to perfection and provided a wonderful backdrop for the photos. The wedding and reception took place in the old gymnasium, which is lined with very large windows that made lighting optimal. The bride, the groom and the wedding party were a blast to work with and made our job easy.

This weekend we had the privledge of photographing a cute little boy named Abram for his one-year-old photos. Abram was very cooperative for being so young, and the weather was perfect. Overall we had a fun time and below are the preview shots…

This past weekend I had the opportunity to photograph a friend’s baby daughter. The parents wanted natural looking portrait, and I think the photo shoot went well. The parents did an excellent job of keeping her attention and getting some great reactions. Here are a few photos from the session

Last weekend we were lucky enough to photograph Aaron and Kelli’s wedding in Augusta County, Virginia. The wedding was a great event and the reception was at an old farm dating back to the 1800′s. It is always fun to take photos of a couple that are genuinely in love and have fun with one another. The joy and excitement was also shared by their guests and we all had fun throughout the event. We even pulled out the old polaroid camera experimenting with some old school style. Thanks for a great time, and congratulations!
